EBALDC CEO Message on Supreme Court Rulings

In response to the Supreme Court rulings this week, Andy Madeira, CEO of the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, released this statement: “U.S. Supreme Court’s decision today in Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Center overturned our constitutional right to abortion medical services. In doing so, SCOTUS made the radical decision to overturn fifty years of repeatedly affirmed precedent recognizing personal privacy rights.
