The 67 senior apartments are a mix of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units. The first floor features a large community kitchen and lounge area, management office, and several retail storefronts. Adjacent to the building’s gated parking lot is a community garden space, where residents grow flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees.
