EBALDC developed Seven Directions Apartments in collaboration with Native American Health Center. Located on International Blvd. in the Fruitvale district of Oakland, Seven Directions has convenient access to retail, services, and various public transit lines. Each unit in this five-story building has private outdoor space overlooking common areas. Residents share a spacious community room that is also available to local community groups, and a health clinic operated by Native American Health Center occupies the first two floors. Seven Directions Apartments was completed in September of 2008.
