Board Vice Chair
Richard has over 20 years experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and project management. He was raised in Oakland and spent much of his childhood in the markets and parks in Chinatown. After graduate school, Richard’s dream job was to work for EBALDC and he was lucky to be hired to its real estate development team. He now proudly serves on the Board bringing his professional acumen, real estate experience, and his East Bay roots to build healthy and vibrant communities.
