Sumi Imamoto worked as an asset manager in San Francisco for close to 30 years with the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center’s Housing Services Affiliate and with Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation until her retirement in 2022.
At Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center and TNDC, Sumi oversaw a portfolio of properties which were homes for individuals and families, seniors, developmentally disabled individuals, and for person with HIV/AIDS. She worked closely with supportive service providers and property management staff to ensure that the needs of all the residents and the buildings were being met.
