Chinatown Transit Oriented Development Senior Affordable Housing Groundbreaking We had a beautiful day with 300 partners, community members, and public officials to break ground on our Chinatown TOD Senior Affordable Housing project. This marks the first step in restoring Chinatown. North Berkeley BART project gets $25M from state for transportation upgrades

The plan to transform the North Berkeley BART station’s parking lots into a transit-oriented housing village just got a boost from Sacramento. Transportation officials announced Thursday that BART has been awarded a $25 million grant for a suite of infrastructure upgrades meant to make it easier to access the North Berkeley station once the project’s planned 739 apartments are built and most of its rider parking is removed.... Oakland’s Lake Merritt BART Station Could Be Renamed Soon
