Commercial Real Estate: Available or Upcoming Space as of March 2019

EBALDC is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and thus responsible for complying with all Regulations from the California State Department of Real Estate governing marketing and leasing of real property.

The CRE Department is responsible for leasing and management of commercial spaces owned and/or operated by EBALDC and/or its affiliates and partners (the “Owner”).  Several challenges and complexities are involved in managing commercial properties, including meeting financial goals, budgeting, complying with funding requirements, decreasing tenant turnover and vacancy rates, and maintaining the physical building structure.

Although every property will have its variations, proper management of each building involves similar core components and shared goals. The CRE Department seeks to uphold the mission, vision and values of the Organization as it carries out its management responsibilities.
