Board Member
Minming is the Vice-Chair of EBALDC’s Governance Committee, is an Oakland resident, and is an attorney. She worked in affordable housing as the Commercial Real Estate Development Director of Better Housing Coalition, a past CDC recipient of the Fannie Mae Maxwell Award of Excellence and as a project manager for the Regional Affordable Housing Fund in Marseille, France. Minming’s affordable housing legal work includes serving as attorney for the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART), its Board committees and real estate projects and as Chair of the American Bar Association’s Sustainable Real Estate Transactions Committee. Minming is also a founder and former Vice-Chair of the Asian American Bar Association’s (AABA) Public Law Leadership Advisory Council and a past Board member for APILO, one of the Bay’s oldest Asian American legal aid services agencies and an EBALDC commercial tenant.
