EBALDC is kicking off an architectural team selection process for our newest mixed-use, affordable housing project in Berkeley! This site is a partnership with First Congregational Church of Berkeley and will be located on its parking lot at 2330 Durant Avenue.
Key Milestones:
- Part 1 / Notify EBALDC of Intent to Submit: May 12 at 5:00 PM
- Part 2 / Basic Qualifications and Fee Proposal: May 26 at 5:00 PM
- Part 3 / Interviews: June 12-16
