The East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is a non-profit affordable housing developer that has three ECRG grants for three separate affordable housing projects in San Francisco East Bay communities. This includes a $145,439 Site-Specific Investigation Grant for the Lake Merritt BART Senior Affordable Housing Project in Oakland’s Chinatown.
