Sean Sullivan is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, published author, non-profit executive, and the only person in Oakland to entitle two emergency homeless shelters.
Most recently, Sullivan served as Acting Executive CEO of EBALDC. He also served as EBALDC’s Board Chair for three years from 2020 – 2022. Sullivan also co-owns Fluid 510 and The Port Bar in downtown Oakland.
