Led by the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC), the “Chinatown TOD Premium Residential Project” was held yesterday at a groundbreaking ceremony attended by a number of Bay Area MRT directors and officials from Oakland and Alameda counties, which will bring a full range of services to the Oakland Chinatown community, especially the elderly.
