Madrone Hotel was abandoned for nine years before EBALDC rehabilitated it in 1988 into 32 Single Room Occupancy apartments above street front retail on the ground floor.

Single Room Occupancy (SRO) apartment with shared bathroom on each floor, $299/mo, approximately 100sf – Available immediately

Occupancy Requirement: 1-person minimum, 1-person maximum. Minimum Annual Income Requirement: $8,543/year.  Income and other qualifications apply.
