A roughly 750-unit residential project could be underway at North Berkeley BART station as soon as 2025.
North Berkeley Housing Partners, the team selected to helm the redevelopment of the station’s 5.5-acres surface parking, unveiled its tentative plans for the site at an open house earlier this summer.
