EXECUTIVE VP, MULTI-FAMILY REAL ESTATE

Capri leads EBALDC’s Real Estate Development department in the acquisition, development, and rehabilitation of the organization’s affordable housing and commercial portfolio, including a pipeline of nearly 1,600 housing units spread across 20 properties.

Rooted in her belief that everyone should have an affordable and safe place to live and that all communities should be highly-resourced neighborhoods, Capri is an active policy and community advocate. She participates in the Nonprofit Housing Association of Northern California’s (NPH) Legislative and Regulatory Issues working groups and advocacy campaigns with East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO), and is a founding member of the California Community Based Development Collective (CBDC).

Capri brings to EBALDC two decades of experience in community and economic development included small business lending, affordable housing development and asset management, and public agency and nonprofit consulting in seven states. She has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, trainings, and industry meetings nationwide.

Capri is a member of the Board of Directors at The Kelsey since 2023. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University, where she received a Martindale Fellowship, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The New School in New York City.
