The units are targeted for households with initial incomes between 30% and 60% of Contra Costa County Area Median Income (AMI). Giant Road Apartments includes 12 supportive housing units reserved for homeless households with at least one disabled member and at least one minor.
The overall site features an internal loop street between and around the 5 main buildings. One of the buildings contains laundry facilities, the management/resident services offices, a community space, and a YMCA childcare center.
