Developed by EBALDC in partnership with community and public-sector partners, the property provides affordable homes for older adults while creating a direct connection to transit, services, and neighborhood amenities.
Named in honor of Clara E. Chan Lee, the first Chinese American woman known to register to vote in the United States, the community celebrates Oakland Chinatown’s history and legacy of civic leadership and self-determination.
