Emily Busch is a real estate professional with over a decade of experience in affordable housing, spanning real estate development and asset management. As Vice President of Portfolio at EBALDC, she oversees a portfolio of more than 2,000 affordable housing units, with a focus on long-term financial and physical planning, portfolio performance, and strategic transactions that strengthen and stabilize EBALDC’s real estate assets.
