Fresh Plans Revealed for 94 Homes Near Oakland’s Jack London Square

The housing development is close to the Nimitz Freeway and is served by AC Transit lines 12 and 72, which go from Jack London Square to Berkeley and San Pablo. It is also within walking distance of Oakland’s Chinatown and Jack London Square.

The site is being developed by Related California and the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation.

“What we’re trying to imagine is a well-resourced building in a well-resourced community. [With] libraries, public transit,” said Liz Probst, director of real estate development at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, a nonprofit that is co-developing the site.
