Executive Vice President, Human Resources

With over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources, Kathleen Higginbotham leads EBALDC’s many HR programs including HR strategy development and execution, talent management, total rewards, training & development, compliance, internal communications, and engagement.

Prior to joining EBALDC in 2022, Kathleen was the HR Leader for Meazure Learning, a global education technology company. In this role, Kathleen led the HR strategy through significant organic and acquisition-based growth.

Kathleen earned her degree in Art History and German from the College of William Mary. She actively volunteers with youth in the East Bay.
