New Haitian restaurant T’chaka brings Caribbean flavor back to Old Oakland

A little over a year since Miss Ollie’s Caribbean restaurant closed after a decade of operation in Old Oakland, a new Haitian-Caribbean spot is bringing a locally rare cache of flavors back to 901 Washington St.
