A new music, arts and cultural campus, anchored by the Historic California Hotel, is under development, on the San Pablo Corridor. This campus will pay homage to the history of this area with a vision for the future. If you, or an entrepreneur/business owner that you know, has a food, music, art, cultural or other retail business, please check out the attached brochure.
 
At the planned Cafe/Eatery and Event Space, EBALDC seeks to provide an array of food and cultural options for local residents, music, art and cultural patrons, and private event catering. In addition, a retail kiosk may be available for related retail.  We are seeking:
 
In The Food Retail Area
  • Café: Coffee, Pastries, Grab and Go
  • Micro Restaurant: BBQ, Soul Food,
  • Caribbean Food, other Ethnic Food
  • Catering: Music, Art and Cultural Events
  • Juice/Smoothie Bar
  • Beer & Wine Event Bar
In the Non‐Food Retail Kiosk Area
  • Event Space (Music events will be curated by the Oakland Public Conservatory of Music): Music, Art and Cultural Events (Contact us now for 2019 events)
  • Book Sales, Rental or Exchange
  • Oakland Made Crafts and Merchandise
  • Music and Memorabilia Kiosk
  • Art Gallery Kiosk or Wall
