Located in the Fruitvale District of Oakland, Casa Arabella is a new 94 unit, multi-family housing project developed by EBALDC in partnership with The Unity Council. Named in honor of Arabella Martinez, the founder of The Unity Council, Casa Arabella is expected to be completed in December 2019.

Casa Arabella’s 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units include Project Based Voucher (PBV) units and Below Market Rate (BMR) units. Property amenities will include an outdoor central courtyard, play structure, computer lab and community room.

Casa Arabella residents will enjoy a vibrant location in the heart of the Fruitvale commercial district.  As a part of the Fruitvale Village, residents will have convenient access to numerous shops and restaurants, community centers, schools, health clinics, a library and other public services, and numerous public transportation options.
