Giant Road Apartments provides 86 units of affordable multi-family permanent rental housing to extremely low and very low-income families and individuals. The units are targeted for households with initial incomes between 30% and 60% of Contra Costa County Area Median Income (AMI). Giant Road Apartments includes 12 supportive housing units reserved for homeless households with at least one disabled member and at least one minor.

The overall site features an internal loop street between and around the 5 main buildings. One of the buildings contains laundry facilities, the management/resident services offices, a community space, and a YMCA childcare center. There is a large landscaped internal courtyard available to residents which includes approximately 2,000 sf of outdoor playground space that is shared with the childcare center.

Occupancy Requirement: 4-persons minimum, 7-persons maximum.  Income and other qualifications apply.
