VITA Volunteers

New Volunteers

EBALDC’s VITA program is seeking new volunteers to join our team. We are recruiting In-Person volunteers to complete tax returns, help clients fill out forms, and support administrative duties such as making clients calls and transcribing voicemails. We kindly ask that all new volunteers attend a VITA Info Session. Please contact us at volunteer@ebaldc.org for more information.

Returning Volunteers

Welcome back! All returning volunteers will need to review our Returning Volunteer Training and also complete IRS required VITA certifications along with EBALDC forms. Details can be found here.

We have two main tax sites this season at Asian Resource Center and Lion Creek Crossings. We will also have off-site events at 81st Avenue Branch Library, Laney College and West Oakland Job Resource Center.
