The Project-Based Section 8 waitlist is open for 4-bedroom units at Oakland Point, L.P.

Applications are available for pick-up and drop-off at: Oakland Point, L.P., 1448 – 10th Street, Oakland, CA 94607, Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10 am – 4 pm. Households must have 6-9 people to be eligible for 4-bedroom units. Completed applications for OPLP’s 4-bedroom waiting list will be placed on the waiting list in the order received. The waitlist is open until further notice. Disabled persons are encouraged to apply; all reasonable accommmodations will be considered.
