Vision
The Property Management Department of The East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) operates with the belief that housing is “more than a roof” over one’s head. Under our newly adopted strategic plan, EBALDC utilizes a Healthy Neighborhoods Approach to assess the impact of our work on those we serve by their ability to make choices that lead to healthy and vibrant lives, ultimately affecting neighborhood health.
Goals
Property Management’s goals are multi-fold:
To operate safe properties that are well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Team
Experienced, professional property management is recognized as being a key factor in achieving our goals. This begins with the recruitment and training of our team. Ensuring that our team regularly receives opportunities for professional development and growth enables them to do their job with the skills necessary to complete exceptional work. From there, we are able to produce homes that go beyond the basics, enhancing the neighborhoods in which they are located, through the lens of health.
EBALDC’s Property Management team is over 60 team members strong, and is committed to providing high-quality living conditions in nearly 1,200 high quality homes all over the East Bay.
