EBALDC is announcing the opening of our 2021 Annual Marketing List (AML) from Thursday 4/1/21 @ 12 PM – Thursday 4/15/21 @ 12 PM, PST
The 2021 AML is an online pre-application that allows households to apply to one or more EBALDC property, using one pre-application. EBALDC will lease its vacant Below Market Rate Affordable Housing (BMR) units from 16 properties with the pre-applications from the 2021 AML. Income and other restrictions apply. Housing Choice Vouchers accepted.
Beginning 4/1/21, 12 PM through 4/15/21, 12 PM (PST), complete the online application.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, EBALDC’s office is closed to the public. Customer service for the AML is being done remotely, via phone, email, and US mail.

Paper pre-application available by request and ONLY as a Reasonable Accommodation. To request a paper pre-app due to a Reasonable Accommodation call: 1-888-873-4477 (TTY: 711) beginning 3/18/21, 12PM and ending 4/15/21, 12PM, PST.
Reasonable Accommodation paper pre-apps will be sent and accepted via US mail only. Due to COVID-19, in-person drop-off or pick-up is not allowed. Pre-apps due to Reasonable Accommodation must be completed and postmarked by 4/22/21.
