Oakland-based nonprofit developer East Bay Asian Local Development Corp. has a new CEO

The Oakland-based non-profit developer announced Feb. 2 that Andy Madeira, who had been at the helm of EBALDC for nearly two years, has transitioned out of the role, and that Sean Sullivan, a former chair of the organization’s board has been appointed acting CEO, effective immediately.
